Stephen is the programme's lead for the Growing Faith Foundation.

In this role he is responsible for the training and delivery of learning and development opportunities for a range of partners including, school and church leaders.

Stephen has been instrumental in the development and initiation of the Growing Faith Strategic Leaders' Programme which is empowering leaders across England to bring sustainable change for children and young people where they are.

Stephen has a background as a teacher and school leader in primary education and is married to Sarah. Together they have three young children who keep them on their toes!
